Ordering From Us

Ordering can be done through our online store, over the phone, by text, or via email. Upon receiving payment we will issue an order acknowledgement detailing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse our services to any person for any reason we see fit.

We may refuse to accept and order:

A) Where goods are not available;

B) If there has been a pricing or product description error; or

C) If you do not meet any eligibility requirements laid out in our terms and conditions.

It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all state and local regulations regarding the keeping of exotic animals.

Refunds / Returns / Cancellations

If an animal is dead on arrival (DOA), we must be notified within 20 minutes of the delivery. Failure to be home to accept the delivery of an animal that has been shipped to you will void our live animal guarantee and there will be no refund. 

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed when applicable. Upon accepting delivery buyer agrees that the animals are exactly as represented in color, pattern, size, and sex. Any issues with the animal received must be disclosed to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Deposits are non refundable unless we are unable to supply the reserved animal.

There is always a possibility of an animal being sexed incorrectly, especially at a young age. The buyer is responsible for verifying the proper sex of the animal upon arrival and, if a mistake has occurred, must inform us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the animal to receive a replacement or refund. 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us before we have shipped the animals to you.
